After I finished bombarding Gramps with an onslaught of facts about Great White Sharks over a boiling pot of watercress (my doing; we were at an all-you-can-eat hot pot, buffet style for only $11.99--they had a vast selection of vegetables), he looked at me with an amused expression and suggested that I put my free time/interest--which I appear to have a lot of--into stocks, so that he could learn from me.

Because I absolutely adore him and he is my hero--and also because I would like to have a breadth of knowledge in what seems to be an impressive area of expertise--I will put my efforts into it.
